In this 2 hour class, I go over the basics of good walking form, which will help you move with greater ease and less impact and injury risk. Numerous drills and constant feedback, combined with a small class size means that you get lots of opportunities to practice with less strain. I'm so excited to share this walking form to the world--come have some fun with me! Also, there will be video feedback on your form and an ability to stay in contact as you proceed on your journey. If you've struggled with injury or just want to go farther or stay healthy, then you NEED to work on your form! I'll help you on what you need to do to improve, and you'll feel a difference at the end of your session.
