In this 4 hour class, I go over the basics of good running form, which will help you run with greater ease and less impact and injury risk. Numerous drills and constant feedback, combined with a small class size means that you get lots of opportunities to change your stride with less strain. I'm so excited to share this running form to the world--come have some fun with me. Also, there will be video feedback on your form and an ability to stay in contact as you proceed on your running journey. If you've struggled with injury or just want to go faster or further, then you NEED to work on your form!
