We are located in Salmon Creek at 1311 NE 134th St, Suite 107, which is right behind the Wayside Market /Shell Gas Station on 134th St. Very close to both I-5 and I-205.
We’re technically out of network with insurance because sadly they do not let us work with clients the way we have found to be the most successful. Most if not ALL of our clients do have insurance, but in order to receive the highest level of care that we can deliver, our clients choose to forego using their insurance up front. So our clients pay us at the time of service, and for those who would like to utilize their insurance, we can provide receipts with the necessary codes and information to send self-claims to your insurance.
We can understand wanting to use your in-network insurance benefits… but the challenge that many people like yourself run into is that often they have a high deductible and end up paying 100% out of pocket even if they go to a facility that is in-network with their insurance. And ultimately, they don’t get the result they wanted and end up seeing us.
It’s not uncommon for these patients that tried to go the in-network route end up coming to see us say that they ended up spending more money with them than the second round of physical therapy with us. On top of that, they wasted all that time going to and from the clinic 2-3x/week for months on end to not get the result they wanted.
So, If you worked with us and got the results you were looking for, and even beyond, would it be worth it? ….Especially considering you’ll probably be saving yourself time and money overall by avoiding suboptimal care somewhere else.
The good news is that we have a satisfaction guarantee. If you commit to working with us and you are unsatisfied, you can ask for a full refund. That’s how confident we are that we can help people like you.
When people hear that we’re “out-of-network” they usually want to call their insurance to see what benefits they have… as they should!
But we have some advice for you if you’re thinking this.
If you’re going to do some investigation regarding your PT benefits, you might as well get the FULL PICTURE. People usually just ask… “Do I have any out-of-network benefits?” And if the answer is “no”, or “only after $X,XXX deductible is met”, they then immediately think, “well I guess I’ll stay in-network”... but this person still has no clue how much the “in-network route” will cost them, or what the value comparison is.
So please take advantage of the two checklists below to make sure you have all of the information you need to make the best decision for yourself. Knowledge is power, right?
What to ask your insurance agent:
Do I have an in-network physical therapy deductible?
If so, how much will I have to pay out-of-pocket before you will help cover my in-network PT costs?
What is my in-network co-pay?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible?
If so, how much is it?
What is the easiest way to submit a self-claim?
This can be a totally sensible thing to think about and want to do. We just want to make sure that you fully understand the difference in cost and quality care that you’ll be receiving.
Sometimes going in-network is just as expensive or more, and for a lesser experience and results. So we highly encourage you to use the checklist below when calling around to get the facts straight about your PT options!
What to ask a Physical Therapy Clinic:
How much 1-on-1 time will I get with the doctor of physical therapy each visit?
Here sessions average 50-60 minutes of 1:1 time with your doctor of PT.
Will I have the same PT every session?
Here you will always have the same PT!
How many visits per week are typically prescribed?
Here it’s never more than once per week, and sometimes we are even able to spread sessions out over longer periods of time.
How long is the average plan of care?
Here it averages 6-10 weeks but varies greatly depending on the specific case.
Do your PTs specialize in the services I need?
Here we specialize in athletes, active adults, and especially runners
Can you guarantee that I will never get a surprise bill?
Here we always guarantee that you will always know exactly what you are paying for and will never be surprised with a bill.
